A collection of distributor buying groups, including those under the IMARK name, is now known as Current Distribution Group, officials announced Monday.
IMARK Plumbing wrote in a post on social media that CDG includes IMARK Plumbing and IMARK HVAC, along with Victory PVF, Victory Waterworks, Victory Irrigation, Luxury Products Group and the newly announced Empower Electrical Group.
Officials said that the new group would support independent distributors across multiple verticals.
“This marks an exciting new chapter in IMARK’s continued growth and long-term commitment to strengthening the independent distribution channel,” group officials said in the announcement. “Through CDG, each vertical will maintain its dedicated focus while benefiting from stronger supplier alignment, expanded resources, innovative programs, and greater cross-industry collaboration.”
CDG includes more than 650 member companies spanning some 1,450 locations and representing more than $8 million in approximate annual sales volume, according to a group press release announcing the Empower group. Empower includes 74 of those companies.
The change follows the 2024 merger between AD and IMARK Electrical.
