Affiliated Distributors on Tuesday announced the election of three members of the board of directors of its limited liability company.
AD members appointed Bill Condron, the CEO of New Hampshire-based HVAC, PVF and plumbing distributor Granite Group Wholesalers, to the AD LLC board for the first time, as well as re-elected Consolidated Supply Co. CEO Karla Neupert Hockley and United Electric Supply President and CEO George Vorwick.
“AD plays a critical role in helping independent distributors scale, adapt and compete,” Condron said in a statement. “To be elected by fellow owner/members is a meaningful responsibility. I look forward to contributing to board discussions that strengthen our governance and position AD for continued long-term impact.”
