A building products industry group has added QXO Inc. in a move that expands it into the distribution segment for the first time.
The Polymeric Exterior Products Association said that expanding into the new category would enable distributors to partner with manufacturers and other industry stakeholders — and that QXO is “the ideal partner as we unlock this new chapter.”
“Distributors play a critical role in connecting manufacturers with contractors and builders across the country,” PEPA President and CEO Kate Offringa said in a statement. “By bringing distributors into our membership, we create new opportunities to advance shared industry priorities.”
Offringa added that the group looks forward to “welcoming additional distributors” in the future.
