Water and wastewater product distributor United Flow Technologies has acquired Montana water treatment company Peak Group, officials announced Thursday.
UFT said that the move would expand its water and wastewater treatment, pump and process equipment capabilities in “key growth markets” across “the Northern Rockies Northern Plains.”
Peak Group, headquartered in Belgrade, Montana, includes the Peak Water Services, Advanced Pump & Equipment, Advanced Lining, Gordo Sales, Filter Tech Systems and Payne Controls businesses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
"Peak Group is a strong strategic fit that enhances our platform with meaningful wastewater scale and technical depth," UFT CEO Matt Hart said in a statement. "This addition positions UFT to accelerate growth in the Mountain West, leveraging operational expertise across wastewater construction, maintenance and service capabilities."
"Peak Group has consistently focused on delivering reliable, forward-thinking water and wastewater solutions across the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains," added Peak President Matt Huggins. "Joining UFT allows us to build on that foundation with expanded resources, deeper technical collaboration, and a shared commitment to solving hard problems and delivering exceptional value to a growing range of customers across the region."
