LEDtronics, Inc. (Torrance, CA) announces the newest members of its series of high-brightness, energy-efficient LED replacements for PAR38-style floodlight bulbs. These dimmable LED bulbs with an E26 screw base are suitable for damp locations and are ideal for general or commercial applications.

The PAR38C-13WP Series comes with a softly diffused, frosted glass lens that directs a 40-degree, high-lumen beam of light in an omnidirectional illumination pattern of even lighting, with no buzzing or flickering.

Operating at an input voltage of 120VAC, the UL-Listed lamps with high-grade LEDs replace halogen lamps up to 90 watts while consuming only 12 to 13 watts, resulting in tremendous energy savings of up to 85 percent.

These lamps provide outstanding color quality in either 2760K halogen or 3830K natural white light and boast a CRI of 80 that enhances colors and safeguards their fidelity. The 40-degree beam generates brightness of up to 1,234 lumens and a maximum candela of up to 2,408, offering a lumen-per-watt efficacy of 101 for the natural white and 97 for the halogen white. The current consumption is 0.101A and 0.124A, respectively. They operate on a power factor of 0.98 and 0.85.

In addition, the new state-of-the-art PAR38C-13WP Series of lamps maintain 70 percent or greater of LED lumens at up to 25,000 hours of operation — a lifespan many times longer than the equivalent halogen bulb. They operate in a temperature range of -4°F to +104°F (-20°C to +40°C).

The LEDtronics PAR38 LED bulbs offer long-lasting durability, easy drop-in installation in existing E26 Edison screw-base sockets, and sturdy construction. The lamps are also lightweight, weighing less than 6.8 ounces.
