MC Machinery Appoints New National Sales Manager For Machining Division

Todd Romeiser will oversee sales of the company's offering of milling and turning centers.

MC Machinery systems has welcomed Todd Romeiser to the team as the new National Sales Manager of its Machining Division. He will be overseeing sales of the company's broad offering of milling and turning centers.

"In addition to his impressive leadership experience, Todd spent years on the shop floor developing an understanding not only of milling and turning, but of how those machines and processes support a broader operation, especially those heavy in EDM," said, Bill Isaac, VP of Sales and Marketing. "He’ll be a huge asset as we continue to grow the machining area of our business."

Todd was introduced to manufacturing when he visited a friend working at a mold shop during his undergraduate business studies. He quickly became fascinated with high-tech industry and decided to change course. Instead of eyeing a career as an accountant, Todd enrolled in a manufacturing program at the College of DuPage in pursuit of a career as a tradesman working in manufacturing.

After graduation he spent years learning CNC machining and EDMs on shop floors. These experiences proved to be the foundation of a sparkling 30-year (and counting) career. Later, he put his business studies to use selling, training and managing distributor relationships as a regional sales manager at companies like Tornos, Sodick and Agie Charmilles. He continued his assent, eventually becoming President of the U.S. subsidiary of Spanish machine tool manufacturer ONA EDM.

"I’ve always enjoyed visiting customers most, seeing what they do and using my experience and knowledge to help them overcome their challenges." Romeiser said. “I look forward to gathering the information and developing the tools to help our whole team do the same with our CNC mills and lathes."
